Prickly pear cactus fruit, a southwest favorite, has a taste similar to raspberries and watermelon with the slight bite of kiwi. This is wonderful as syrup for pancakes or drizzled over cheesecake. Try as a rimmer with salt on your margarita glass, or spike your lemonade or other cocktails with it.
